New Moon Trailer #3 Presented By the Twilight Cuties at the VMAs Last Night; Also, More Rumors As Usual

So KStew and the two dudes presented the new New Moon Trailer at the VMAs last night; they all looked delish as usual, and KStew finally did something nice with her new short hair (see pic above; they're obviously together, right?). The clip for New Moon is below. I must admit, that although I'm a big Twi-fan and have rewatched the movie a million times, the first flick isn't as good as it could have been. It was unintentionally awful in so many ways. That being said, New Moon looks WAY better, in terms of acting quality, CGI, fight sequences, etc. And although I wasn't too amped at first about Dakota as Jane, it looks like she rocked it. I can't wait to see the whole thing!

And now, for more crazy rumors from OK Magazine, featuring one of their ever-reliable anonymous inside sources. This one sounds like it could actually be true, but I'm going to assume that it's made up of lies, lies and also, lies. As well as more lies. According to the mag:

"ROBERT Pattinson and Kristen Stewart have reportedly enjoyed a romantic getaway together.

The Twilight stars, who are currently shooting Eclipse in Vancouver, are rumoured to have holidayed on Mayne Island in Canada in a cute bed and breakfast.

A source revealed: "Rob has wanted to get away with Kristen for a while now, somewhere really quiet that's not full of tourists.

"The weather was really nice and there are lots of outdoorsy things to do, but they just stayed in their room most of the time."

According to reports in a US magazine, the couple - who have so far refused to confirm they are dating - tried to remain anonymous during the trip, wearing baseball caps and sunglasses.

Rob, 23, and Kristen, 19 have reportedly been told to keep their romance a secret before the release of New Moon, as bosses fear the onscreen relationship between Bella and Jacob won't be believable."

There Are No Words to Describe Kanye West , And Beyonce Is Nicer Than I Imagined

Unless you live under a rock, you've no doubt heard that Kanye West threw yet another hormonally-driven egotistical tantrum live at the VMAs last night. Because it's way more important for a grown man with diarrhea of the mouth to say whatever is on his mind whenever he wants, Kanye jumped on stage during Taylor's acceptance speech for her first ever VMA, took the mic from her, and stated that Beyonce should have won. Later in the ceremony, Beyonce, a classier act than I ever imagined--she totally gives off the diva vibe, but I think I actually like her now!--won the Best Video of the Year award, and reminisced about what a special moment it is to win a VMA as a teenager. She then called Taylor to the stage, and gave her a second chance to give an acceptance speech. Heartwarming. Video here:

When All Of A Story's Sources Are Anonymous, You Know It's Extremely True.

I love OK Magazine. I really do. But why do they insist on making up the craziest stories about Robert Pattinson for their covers? Even if each story has a grain of truth--which some do--they always take it so far that it's ludicrous. Again, I have to ask, why don't they just report that KStew is pregnant with RPattz's demon spawn, just like in the Twilight books? It would be just as believable as OK Mag's other stories, but twice as fun to read!

Anyway, this week's cover is all about how RPattz is "risking it all" to be with KStew. I'm not sure what he is risking and why, exactly, but it is implied that he is risking his entire life and career because he basically wants to marry KStew, thereby giving the Twilight studio and his female fans a collective earth-shattering titty attack.

"On the cusp of even bigger success with the impending release of New Moon and Eclipse currently being filmed in Vancouver, it may all slip away from R-Pattz, thanks to his recently accelerated romance with his on-and-off-screen girlfriend Kristen Stewart.

The Associated Press reports that a fan of George Clooney's stripped to his boxer shorts at a Venice Film Festival press conference attended by Clooney, and announced "I am gay, George, take me, choose me George, please. May I kiss you, just once?" Clooney politely shot him down.

...by leaving her wig at home for the day. Here's video of Tyra's season premiere where she finally finds the courage to do what millions of women do every day: leave the house without fake hair on. She says it's her natural look, but considering that it's straightened, then slicked back with water, I'm calling this one a cop out. How can someone so beautiful be so uncomfortable with being herself?

Kevin Federline is quite the gigolo extraordinaire, isn't he? He knocked up a witless superstar, will be living off of her considerable sums of money for years to come, has no form of readily recognizable employment, and goes on all of her vacations with her while taking breaks from said unemployment (meals obviously included--I know, I know, I take the easy route too often; it's a personality flaw)--with his new girlfriend along for the ride.

There's not much more I can say about this extremely yucky man. Except that when I saw all of those other pictures calling him fat before, I thought he was just wearing big, floppy t-shirts that made him look fat. I was very wrong. Oh, and when female celebs get fat, their pictures are plastered everywhere for all to point and laugh. I think the same standard should apply to K Fed; especially since he's putting it all on the glass for us to enjoy. So enjoy and be merry.

Sandra Bullock is a Sneaky Do-Gooder

File this one under "who the eff knew?" New Orleans' Times-Picayune recently reported that Sandra Bullock is not only supporting the Katrina-devastated local economy by moving down there and buying a home, but she's actually been donating gads of money to a local high school for years. I adore that she's been so low key about this, and not trumpeting it everywhere as most celebs, who shall remain nameless, would.

After recently buying a 6,000 square foot, $2.25 million home in the historic Garden District, word came out that Bullock has long been a major patron of Warren Easton, a school founded in 1845 that had trouble opening after Hurricane Katrina caused $4 million in physical damage. According to the Times:

"Mardi Gras publisher and Warren Easton alumnus Arthur Hardy, who serves on the charter foundation's board, said Bullock learned of the school's needs from a lawyer in Rex who was working with Warren Easton through the Mardi Gras krewe's public school philanthropic efforts and who had a mutual acquaintance with the actress.

Since then, Bullock has donated several hundred thousand dollars to the school, helping to renovate the school's auditorium, buying new Fighting Eagle band uniforms, chipping in for scholarships and helping to fund a new health clinic. "She liked what she heard. That's how it all started," Hardy said.

In being inducted into Warren Easton's hall of fame in May, shortly before buying the house, Bullock said she was "embarrassed" by the federal government's slow response after Katrina and felt compelled to help the city.

Bullock has called her donations to Warren Easton "the best investment I ever made." She said she wanted to invest in a school, and Easton's history and architecture caught her attention. "This school is an architectural gem. It gives the kids a sense of pride.""

The Times also reports that Bullock will star later this year in a film about financial and racial integration written by New Orleans native Michael Lewis.

OK Mag reports that Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are Engaged. No Mention of Any Effing Babies Though!

It looks like it's going to be another slow news day, so I'm going to take this crazy OK story and run with it.

This week's OK Mag has the blaring headline "Rob & Kristen Engaged," followed by a very long story about the two being in love... but no more is said about an actual engagement in the article, beyond the title! I like this. It's just crazy enough to work on the newsstands. But not so much on the interwebs, y'all.

According to the story:

"As if their millions of fans collectively willed it — the blistering-hot young actors are truly, madly, deeply in love. So much so that, as OK! reported last week, they’re spending nights together in Rob’s suite at the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre. And things have gotten so serious that on-set sources say the young superstars are even playing up their romance on set.

“If Kristen is looking for Rob, she’ll say, ‘Has anyone seen my husband?’’’an insider tells OK!. “And Rob loves to say, ‘Have you met my lovely wife, Kristen?’ It’s cute. They’re like a couple of love-struck teenagers.”"

So why are they keeping their love under wraps? OK says it's because "Twilight’s producers have told Robsten to keep their love on the down low — at least until after the November release of New Moon, the second film of Stephenie Meyer’s series, in which Bella gets involved with hunky werewolf Jacob Black, played by Taylor Lautner.

It’s all about suspension of disbelief. The studio bosses “fear that if a romance between Rob and Kristen is confirmed,” the insider says, “Twilight fans won’t buy into the screen chemistry between Taylor and Kris.”

I'm still not sure exactly how this proves that there is an engagement, but it's a hell of a read for a slow Twilight-less news day. What I don't get is (okay, I know I'm obsessed with Vampire babies--I KNOW IT!! I need an intervention, for reals.) if OK Mag is going to go balls to the wall and call an RPattz/Kstew engagement without any proof at all, and no further mention of it beyond the magazine cover, why didn't they just say she was pregnant with a demon spawn too?! Come ONNN! Get on the baby vampire wagon with me, people!

Sex and the City 2 is filming in Midtown East, on East 53rd Street between 2nd and 3rd Avenues, as well as on 3rd Avenue between 52nd and 53rd Streets. Filming this afternoon and evening will be on Park Avenue in the low 80s and the surrounding side streets. From the looks of the pic from yesterday's set, it looks like there will be an 80s flashback somewhere in the film.

You Don't Know Jack, starring legends Al Pacino and Susan Sarandon is filming in Manhattan's Hell's Kitchen area, along 9th Avenue around West 55th, 56th and 57th Streets. They are also filming around the Marine Park/Sheepshead Bay section of Brooklyn again, around Avenue U stretching from Nostrand Avenue to Coyle Street. These may just be exterior shots, so unless you live in the neighborhood, I wouldn't make the trek all the way there.

Unstoppable, starring legendary Denzel Washington, along with hottie Chris Pine is filming all the way Downtown in Manhattan, at the Battery Park Ritz Carlton Hotel (West Street, just off the FDR). As I've mentioned before, that place has a fucking SWEET penthouse bar with skyline views and a terrace. Even if you're not set stalki--I mean visiting, you should definitely hit up their bar some time. Wear something nice.

Gossip Girl is filming in Chelsea again, on 8th Avenue between 24th and 25th.
